چکیده
Trimethoprim-MIPs were prepared by using (TMP) as the template well allylchloride (AYC) or allylbromide (AYB) monomer, used (TMPTA) tri methylol propane acrylate ethylene glycol di methyl (EGDMA) cross-linker and initiator (BP) benzyl peroxide. By different plasticizers (di butyl Phthalate (DBPH), Nitrobenzene (NB), oleic acid (OA) paraffin) for TMP-MIP1 (Di sebecate (DBS), Di (DMA), Tributylphosphate(TBP) Tris(ethylhexyl phosphate (TEHP) ) TMP-MIP2. Membranes of MIPs in PVC matrix. The characterizations each electrode determined Slope range from (55.591 - 40.509) mV/decade, Limit Detection (1 X 10 -5 5 -6) Linearity electrodes 1 -1). Stable Signe pH (3-9) study selectivity with additives drugs synthesis (Glucose, Calcium stearate, sodium benzoate benzoic acid) demonstrate strong selectivity.

Selective Extractions by Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs)
Sample preparation is often the rate-limiting step in analytical methods and its effectiveness has a critical impact on accuracy, quantification and, ultimately, the precision of any measurement. Traditionally, liquid–liquid extraction methods are frequently used for the extraction of organic analytes from aqueous samples. To overcome some of the disadvantages of liquid–liquid extraction (e.g.,...
متن کاملCitrinin selective molecularly imprinted polymers for SPE.
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for citrinin (Cit) with 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA) as mimic template were prepared and the molecularly imprinted SPE method was developed for the detection of Cit in rice with HPLC. The adsorption properties of HNA and Cit on the MIPs and nonimprinted polymers were investigated. It proved that MIPs showed higher selectivity adsorption to HNA and Cit t...

Janiak, Doctor of Philosophy, 2009 Dissertation directed by: Professor Peter Kofinas Fischell Department of Bioengineering Molecular imprinting is a technique used to synthesize polymers that display selective recognition for a given template molecule of interest. In this study, the role of...
متن کاملMolecularly Imprinted Polymers: A New Generation of Affinity Matrices
The increased use of pharmaceutical drugs for human and veterinary applications provides an important clinical solution to the treatment of disease; however, there are technical challenges involved in monitoring these drugs in biological and environmental matrices. Quantitation of pharmaceutically active compounds and their metabolites in blood, serum, or urine is difficult, often requiring ted...
متن کاملProtein crystallization facilitated by molecularly imprinted polymers.
We present a previously undescribed initiative and its application, namely the design of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for producing protein crystals that are essential for determining high-resolution 3D structures of proteins. MIPs, also referred to as "smart materials," are made to contain cavities capable of rebinding protein; thus the fingerprint of the protein created on the polyme...
