Cotton is a precious commodity that offers raw material to the textile industry. This crop grown in tropical and sub-tropical regions of world. Abiotic stresses exerts negative impact on cotton production, but water scarcity has worst impact. It rising due current situation, which global warming producing decrease precipitation while an increase evapo-transpiration causing agricultural drought. Thus, it difficult task for breeders identify lines can respond areas with limited supplies without lowering yields might be utilized as suitable parents breeding program produce drought-tolerant indices. The primary objective this research was estimation drought tolerance indices upland under deficit conditions. For purpose, fifty accessions were assessed their ability tolerate stress three conditions, namely control, 50% FC, 75% FC. These genotypes showed significant variations based morpho-physiological biochemical characteristics. At control these exhibited enhanced growth better performance. Whereas, behavior some FC less compared highly reductions observed among genotypes. are resistant those susceptible found using K-means cluster biplot analysis.
