چکیده
In this study, cellulase, endoglucanase, and ?-glucosidase activity produced by three fungal strains (Aureobasidium pullulans, Neurospora crassa Trichoderma reesei) were determined on differently processed canola substrates [hexane extracted meal (HECM), washed HECM (WHECM), seed sprout (CSM)] in mono- co-culture fermentation under solid- submerged- state processes. Results showed that the inoculation yielded better results as compared to monocultures except for T. reesei which highest WHECM (440.02 U/g). Co-culture of A. pullulans + N. had cellulase CSM (1.89 FPU/g), (1.22 FPU/g); maximal endoglucanase at (HECM, 2.67 U/g), (CSM, 3.69 U/g) (WHECM, 3.21 These highlight impact various conditions microbial enzymatic activities, need strategically designed process optimal activities achieve fiber degradation meal.

Solid-State Fermentation with Trichoderma reesei for Cellulase Production.
Cellulase yields of 250 to 430 IU/g of cellulose were recorded in a new approach to solid-state fermentation of wheat straw with Trichoderma reesei QMY-1. This is an increase of ca. 72% compared with the yields (160 to 250 IU/g of cellulose) in liquid-state fermentation reported in the literature. High cellulase activity (16 to 17 IU/ml) per unit volume of enzyme broth and high yields of cellul...
متن کاملOptimization of solid state fermentation conditions for the production of cellulase by Trichoderma reesei.
Cellulase production studies have been carried out using the fungal strain Trichoderma reesei NCIM 992 by using three different lignocellulosic materials by solid state fermentation (SSF). The effect of basic fermentation parameters (pH, temperature, moisture content, particle size of substrate and moistening agent) on enzyme production was studied. Maximum cellulase production was 2.63 U ml(-1...
متن کاملIncreased Production and Activity of Cellulase Enzyme of Trichoderma reesei by Using Gibberellin Hormone
Cellulolytic complex are enzymes capable of hydrolyzing cellulose. Due to rapid growth in population and industrialization, most countries are required to produce more fuel. Production of bioethanol from lignocellulosic biomass is very challenging due to environmental pollution by fossil fuels. Cellulases play a significant role in biotechnological processes. The cost of production of cellulase...
متن کاملBioconversion and Enzymatic Activities of Neurospora Sitophila Grown Under Solid State and Submerged Fermentation on Sago Hamps (RESEARCH NOTE)
N.sitophila was grown under controlled conditions of solid state and submerged fermentation on Sago hampas. The optimum conditions of protein enrichment previously established for sugar beet pulp was used for this study. Under this condition the protein content of Sago hampas under solid state increased from 1.4 to 14.45% (W/W) whereas for Sago hampas and Sago starch, the protein content under ...
متن کاملCellulase Production by Trichoderma reesei using Sugar Beet Pulp
Cellulase production by the fungus Trichoderma reesei was studied using sugar beet pulp (SBP) as a substrate. The subculture medium was a salt solution consisting of KH2PO4, CaCl2, etc. Fungal cells were sub-cultured in an orbital shaker (180 rpm) at 30°C for 1-2 generations (two days for each generation) and were then used as an inoculum. Exponential cells were inoculated into a medium contain...
