ESP Lecturers’ Individual – Initiated Professional Development: Perceptions and Practices

چکیده

Research on the teacher professional development (TPD) field has rapidly developed in area of English Language Teaching. Those studies have confirmed that impact activities do positive teachers’ practices. However, most reported research literature been conducted language teaching and learning General but very little for Specific Purpose (ESP). Therefore this future study aims to explore individual-initiated ESP lecturers improving their practices higher education level. This will employ mixed methods data collection. Mixed method focuses collecting, analyzing mixing both from quantitative qualitative a single or series research.
