<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:0in">In the pre-Independence era, our
 republic founders held Cold War mindset strongly. Consequently, the
 Indonesian proclaimed in 1945 was based on a mindset; state philosophy (<i>Pancasila</i>) and Constitution (<i>UUD '45</i>) were
