Erosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp is a rare inflammatory skin disorder that most commonly affects elderly with androgenic alopecia. It characterized by painless crusted erosions usually appear following traumatic event. has been associated several autoimmune diseases and responds to high-potency topical steroids. This report presents case erosive in an 84-year-old man who presented our clinic.
