چکیده
Introduction: For cell-based therapies of lung injury, several cell sources have been extensively studied. However, the potential human fetal respiratory cells has not systematically explored for this purpose. Here, we hypothesize that these could be one top and hence, updated definition their phenotype. Methods: Human lower tissues from pseudoglandular canalicular stages isolated epithelial were evaluated by immunostaining, electron microscopy, flow cytometry, organoid assay, gene expression studies. The regenerative in a rat model bleomycin-induced pulmonary injury tracheal instillation on days 0 14 after harvest lungs day 28. Results: We determined relative temporal, spatial pattern markers basal (KRT5, KRT14, TRP63), non-basal (AQP3 pro-SFTPC), early progenitor (NKX2.1, SOX2, SOX9) cells. Also, showed respiratory-derived to contribute vitro formation alveolar airway-like structures organoids. Cell therapy decreased fibrosis improved structures. It also upregulated IL-10 (up 17.22 folds) surfactant protein C 2.71 downregulated TGF-β 5.89 AQP5 3.28 folds). Conclusion: provide substantial evidence tract can improve process injury. our extensive characterization provides an phenotypic profile

Improvement of Spinal Cord Injury in Rat Model via Transplantation of Neural Stem Cells Derived From Bone Marrow
Abstract Background & Aims: Cell therapy is among the novel therapeutic methods effective in the treatment of spinal cord injuries. The aim of the present study was using neural stem cells (NSCs) in treating contusion spinal cord injury in rat model. Methods: Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were isolated from adult rats...
متن کاملCharacterization of the Molecular Interplay between Moraxella catarrhalis and Human Respiratory Tract Epithelial Cells
Moraxella catarrhalis is a mucosal pathogen that causes childhood otitis media and exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in adults. During the course of infection, M. catarrhalis needs to adhere to epithelial cells of different host niches such as the nasopharynx and lungs, and consequently, efficient adhesion to epithelial cells is considered an important virulence trait of M....
متن کاملNeutrophil-induced injury of rat pulmonary alveolar epithelial cells.
The damage to pulmonary alveolar epithelial cells that occurs in many inflammatory conditions is thought to be caused in part by phagocytic neutrophils. To investigate this process, we exposed monolayers of purified rat alveolar epithelial cells to stimulated human neutrophils and measured cytotoxicity using a 51Cr-release assay. We found that stimulated neutrophils killed epithelial cells by a...
متن کاملEffect of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Transplantation on Nerve Fibers of A Rat Model of Endometriosis
Background Endometriosis is a common, benign, oestrogen-dependent, chronic gynaecological disorder associated with pelvic pain and infertility. Some researchers have identified nerve fibers in endometriotic lesions in women with endometriosis. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have attracted interest for their possible use for both cell and gene therapies because of their capacity for self-renewal ...
