چکیده
Abstract Staphylococcus aureus is an important foodborne pathogen associated to food intoxication and other multiple infections in human being. Its presence salted a serious issue due its salt tolerance potential. A study was conducted analyze the of enterotoxins producing drug resistance S. sea fish from Gwadar. Freshly persevered samples (n=50) were subjected using 16S rRNA Nuc genes primers. The isolates then evaluated for potential specific primers MecA (methicillin gene), (SEA) staphylococcal enterotoxin (SEB) B genes. Total 13/50 (26%) found positive aureus, preliminary confirmed with biochemical profiling finally help target presence. showing 100% resistant methicillin, which molecularly by gene present genome. 5/13 (38%) SEA 3/13 (23%) SEB genes, whereas 2/13 (15%) having both It also that all capable form biofilm over glass surfaces. concluded enterotoxigenic methicillin aurous (MRSA) product, poses gross safety concern. Preventive control measures are necessary handle this

During the last years, antimicrobial resistance has become one of the greatest challenges in clinical settings. Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus are important nosocomial pathogens worldwide. In different corners of the world, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) have been isolated from various sources including different foods of an...
متن کاملPrevalence of Vancomycin Resistance in Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus
Background & Aims: Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most common pathogens in nosocomial infections. Vancomycin is the most important therapeutic drug of choice for treatment of infections caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains. Therefore, vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA) or vancomycin-intermediate Staphylococcus aureus (VISA) strains are warning...

Etiology Staphylococcus aureus is a Gram positive, coagulase positive coccus in the family Staphylococcaceae. Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) strains are resistant to methicillin and essentially all other beta-lactam antibiotics. MRSA isolates are genetically heterogeneous. 1 Some strains, which are called epidemic strains; are more prevalent and can spread within or between hospitals an...

Recent reports of isolation of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) from food animals have raised concern about the potential for foodborne transmission. This study evaluated the prevalence of MRSA contamination of retail pork from 4 Canadian provinces. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from 31/402 [7.7%, 95% confidence interval (CI): 5.5% to 10.7%] of sampl...
متن کاملMethicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus
Staphylococcus aureus is an opportunistic pathogen often carried asymptomatically on the human body. Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) strains have acquired a gene that makes them resistant to all beta-lactam antibiotics. Hospital-associated strains of this organism are serious nosocomial pathogens that have become resistant to most common antibiotics, and treatment can be challenging. Com...
