چکیده
The development of catalysts with enhanced activity for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) compared to traditionally used metal oxide is crucial further commercialization electrolyzers. Because their high surface area and adjustable pore structure, metal-organic framework (MOF)-based represent a promising alternative. During OER in alkaline media, initial MOF structure susceptible transformations including decomposition organic backbone and/or formation oxide, hydroxide oxyhydroxide intermediates. Hence, operando characterizations during are essential understand material's progressive changes extract catalytic mechanism. This article discusses existing X-ray absorption spectroscopy studies MOF(-derived) extracts important parameters future research regarding MOFs electrolysis.

Rapid Mapping of Lithiation Dynamics in Transition Metal Oxide Particles with Operando X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy
Since the commercialization of lithium ion batteries (LIBs), layered transition metal oxides (LiMO2, where M = Co, Mn, Ni, or mixtures thereof) have been materials of choice for LIB cathodes. During cycling, the transition metals change their oxidation states, an effect that can be tracked by detecting energy shifts in the X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) spectrum. X-ray absorption ...

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
Alkaline earth metal-based metal-organic framework: hydrothermal synthesis, X-ray structure and heterogeneously catalyzed Claisen-Schmidt reaction.
Two alkaline earth metal-based carboxylate systems, [Mg(HL)(H2O)2]n (1) and [Ca(H2L)2]n (2) (H3L = chelidamic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, elemental analysis, and thermo-gravimetric analysis. Compound 1 has a 2D structure incorporating two water molecules. The dehydrated species, 1a, generated from 1 by removal of the coo...
