Enhancing Participative Management Practices among Secondary Schools in Patriarchal South Africa

The aim and scope of this study are to explore strategies for the encouragement participative management at secondary schools in patriarchal South Africa. adopted positivism paradigm empirical investigation, with use questionnaires as data collection instrument. school principals were target population.
