Enhancing nonclassical bosonic correlations in a quantum walk network through experimental control of disorder

The presence of disorder and inhomogeneities in quantum networks has often been unexpectedly beneficial for both classical resources. Here, we experimentally realize a controllable inhomogenous Quantum Walk dynamics, which can be exploited to investigate the effect coherent on correlations between two indistinguishable photons. Through imposition suitable configurations, observe photon states exhibit an enhancement modes network, compared case ordered Walk. Different configurations steer system towards different realizations such enhancement, thus allowing spatial temporal manipulation correlations.
