The paper presents a comprehensive assessment of the strengths and limitations intellectual property (IP) system in Poland. It offers policy recommendations to fully exploit potential IP support an innovation-based economy. finds that key components effective strategy Poland should include promotion use among economic actors other stakeholders as well information campaigns training programmes raise awareness knowledge about advantages IP.
