چکیده

Ternary Co3Mo3N nitrides are reported to exhibit high catalytic activity in ammonia synthesis. However, synthesis of ternary requires thermal treatments at elevated temperatures and reactive atmospheres that lead unavoidable surface reduction (∼ 10 m2 g-1). In this work, we have developed a novel approach improve the through its dispersion into area silica-based support (SBA-15). During ammonolysis conditions reaction, SBA-15 demonstrated good chemical stability maintaining an ordered porous structure (> 500 For application synthesis, supported cobalt molybdenum catalysts with different metal loading (10, 20 30 wt%) were prepared by modified impregnation-infiltration protocol their studied. The CoMo nitride nanoparticles structures resulted improvement structural textural properties as evidenced XRD analysis, STEM-EDS, N2- physisorption (e.g. 10-CoMo-N/SBA-15: 348 Nevertheless, composition CoMo-N/SBA-15 was found be similar non-supported Co3Mo3N. Furthermore, displayed enhanced (1714, 1429 810 µmol gactive phase-1 h-1 corresponding oxide loadings 10, 20, wt% respectively) outperform classical catalyst (259 gcatalyst-1 h-1). results work highlights for design nitride-based superior

Formation of titanium nitride nanoparticles within mesoporous silica SBA-15.

We report the first synthesis of titanium nitride (TiN) nanoparticles inside the nanoscale channels of mesoporous silica SBA-15. The TiN precursor, Ti(NMe(2))(4) in toluene, was incorporated into the methyl group-modified channels of the SBA-15 powder. The functionalization of pore surfaces with methyl groups generates hydrophobic surfaces that facilitate impregnation with Ti(NMe(2))(4) and min...

Ruthenium nanoparticles confined in SBA-15 as highly efficient catalyst for hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane and hydrazine borane

Ultrafine ruthenium nanoparticles (NPs) within the mesopores of the SBA-15 have been successfully prepared by using a "double solvents" method, in which n-hexane is used as a hydrophobic solvent and RuCl3 aqueous solution is used as a hydrophilic solvent. After the impregnation and reduction processes, the samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, EDX, XPS, N2 adsorption-desorption, and ICP techn...

SBA-15 confined synthesis of TiNb2O7 nanoparticles for lithium-ion batteries.

Unlike most conventional anode materials, the newly developed TiNb2O7 (TNO) does not form a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer, which makes it safe for high power requiring lithium-ion batteries. In this paper, we demonstrated an SBA-15 confined synthetic approach to prepare TNO nanoparticles (S-TNO) with a small particle size around 10 nm and a large BET surface area of 79.5 m(2) g(-1). I...

Pyrrolidone-modified SBA-15 supported Au nanoparticles with superior catalytic properties in aerobic oxidation of alcohols.

Au nanoparticles with small sizes (2-3 nm) were effectively stabilized in the mesopores of (S)-(-)-2-pyrrolidinone-5-carboxylic acid-modified SBA-15, which showed superior catalytic properties in aerobic oxidation of alcohols, compared with pyrrolidone-free SBA-15 supported Au catalysts.
