Enhancement of thermoelectric power factor in Cu2Se superionic conductor via high energy electron beam irradiation

چکیده
Abstract The modification in the Cu 2 Se thermoelectric system by electron beam irradiation has been carried out this work. Samples were prepared using solid-state reaction technique. samples irradiated with various energy dosages viz. 50, 100, and 150 kGy. XRD studies reveal that synthesized crystallized a monoclinic structure. micro-hardness of decreased an increase dosage. sample at 100 kGy dose exhibits lowest electrical resistivity, moderate Seebeck coefficient, highest power factor.
