چکیده
Cyanobacteria are found to be renewable and sustainable additives for growth improvement in crops. Extracts biomass of three nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria namely, Roholtiella sp. (QUCCCM97), Nostoc ellipsosporum (QUCCCM99), Desmonostoc danxiaense (QUCCCM112) isolated from Qatar desert environment were tested their ability enhance the bell pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) seedlings. Soilless cultivation experiments carried out by applying aqueous extract separately. Seedlings transplanted Hoagland’s solution under regulated conditions. In total, 2, 4, 6 mL L?1 microalgae as well 1 2 mg biomasses (as biofertilizer) added Hoagland solution. An assessment seedling parameters such shoot length, root fresh weight, dry spad index, number leaves per plant, rate was performed. However, among different doses concentrations investigated QUCCCM97, 99, 112, our findings revealed that length (cm), weight (g), positively affected significantly increased at maximum dose/concentration compared control plants. With leaves, 17.5%, 40.3%, 26.0%, 21.6%, 22.8%, respectively, control. Additionally, with QUCCCM99, same 12.3%, 25.3%, 15.1%, 9.3%, 51.8%, respectively. While presence QUCCCM112, they 8.7%, 30.1%, 15.6%, 5.4%, 48.6%, Our results demonstrated extracts strains here, particularly (Nostocales), have an enhancement potential could used modern agriculture productivity soilless system ensure sustainability.

Proteome analysis of bell pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) chromoplasts.
We report a comprehensive proteome analysis of chromoplasts from bell pepper (Capsicum annuum L.). The combination of a novel strategy for database-independent detection of proteins from tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) data with standard database searches allowed us to identify 151 proteins with a high level of confidence. These include several well-known plastid proteins but also novel protei...

drought, withnegative impacts on plant growth and development, isa major abiotic stress. in order to decreasing drought stress injuries and recognizing red peppers tolerance physiology against drought stress in greenhouse conditions, an experiment with three levels of drought stress (irrigation at 100, 60 and 30% of field capacity) and four concentrations of 5-aminolevolinic acid ((ala; 0, 0.25...
متن کاملChryseobacterium kwangjuense sp. nov., isolated from pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) root.
The yellow-pigmented, Gram-stain-negative, rod-shaped bacterium KJ1R5(T) was isolated from the root of a pepper plant grown in a field in Kwangju, Korea. Strain KJ1R5(T) was characterized by physiological, biochemical, and molecular genetic analyses. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain KJ1R5(T) was most closely related to members of the genus Chryseobacteri...
متن کاملAntioxidant Potential of Bell Pepper (Capsicum annum L
The interests in the consumption of pepper fruits (Capsicum annum L.) is, to a large extent due to its content of bioactive compounds and their importance as dietary antioxidants. Peppers are used as a colourant, flavourant, and/or as a source of pungency. Peppers can be used fresh, dried, fermented, or as an oleoresin extract. It has both nutritional and nutraceutical importance. It contains a...

Pepper is an economically important crop in many countries around the world but it is susceptible to many diseases. In Mexico, diseases caused by bipartite begomoviruses have emerged as important problems in pepper. Several control strategies have been explored wiht little success; most of them are based on the avoidance of virus transmission and the breeding for resistance. Abiotic inducers ca...
