Enhanced Photoluminescence of Cesium Lead Halide Perovskites by Quasi‐3D Photonic Crystals

Cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for manufacturing portable lasers and light sources. In order to harness exploit their photoluminescence more effectively, are often accompanied by a photonic scheme that improves emission. this work, introduces quasi-3D crystal composed 2D-grating on top distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) provides greater enhancement than isolated architectures alone. The crystals support both Rayleigh-Wood anomalies guided modes populate bandgap mirror, all them capable enhancing outcoupling from emitting layer. demonstrate benefits system, prepares 2D-gratings, DBRs, covered with metal studies produced in each case. Interestingly, structure exhibits 16 times an increase spontaneous emission rate, greatly exceeding values observed separate components.
