Enhanced Active Disturbance Rejection Current Controller for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines Operated at Low Sampling Time Ratio

Recently, active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) scheme has been widely used for current regulation in ac drive systems owing to its robustness system uncertainties and high disturbance-rejection capability. However, it not considered as an option high-speed drives usually operated at limited switching sampling frequencies. Therefore, this article thoroughly analyzes discusses the effects of operating speed, modulation, computational delays on conventional ADRC. Based analysis, enhanced ADRC is proposed operate low time ratio with internal external disturbances. Effect model also analytically analyzed reported. Comprehensive simulation experimental results have presented demonstrate improved performance support analytical studies.
