Engaging in or escaping co-creation? An analytical model

چکیده
Customer co-creation, the practice of involving customer in a firm’s new product development, has received increasing attention. We develop unique analytical model to study co-creation and examine conditions under which is economically beneficial for both firm. In our model, firm determine (simultaneously or sequentially) their innovation share co-created product, directly affecting development costs final quality. The decides price (affecting demand, revenues purchasing costs) its level manufacturing flexibility unit production cost fixed investment). Our generates important insights. show that when consumer surplus profit are positive, want “engage”in either obtains negative economic value from they prefer avoid co-creation. find thrives customers more sensitive quality less price, environment investment intensive, demand high. Under these conditions, increase. How efforts shared between an instrument guide process. When first contribute results customer’s effort

متن کاملProviding an Analytical Model in Determining Nanofluids
The influence of temperature, mean nanoparticle size and the nanoparticle concentration on the dynamic viscosities of nanofluids are investigated in an analytical method followed by introduction of modified equations for calculating the nanofluids’ viscosities. A new correlation is developed for effective viscosity based on the previous model where the Brownian movement of the nanoparticles is co...

Engaging Customers’ Experience through C2C Interaction in Value Co-creation Process: Agent Based Simulation
Few studies have been carried out with the specific aim of looking at customer-to-customer (C2C) interaction, as opposed to the co-creation of the experience. There are C2C literature on empirical case studies and conceptual methods, but one approach is to identify and explore a wider range of C2C-driven services in terms of customers’ interaction. In this research we use the framework of agent...
