The rise in the number of strata residential buildings calls for need enforcement governance relating to wellbeing residents as well its management. establishment Management Body at stage Joint Corporation are both results Strata Act, that requires their registration with Commissioner Buildings (COB) be given rights collect, manage and maintain assigned properties. aim this study is identify most common issues occur under legislation management interference by COB, replicated through enforcements taken COB. result shows despite Act over years, there still a significant actions COB against reported offences made regards bodies. constant rate proves rooms improvements within 757 itself reduce issues, towards more enforceable roles, standards rules future reference service quality.
