Enforcement of intellectual property rights within the scope of the TRIPS agreement (trademarks and geographical indications)

The article analyses the certain provisions of TRIPS agreement related to enforcement intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks and geographical indications by giving legal commentaries as well comparing with existent civil civil-procedural laws Uzbekistan.
