Tractors are usually applied in field operations, road transport, and other operations. Modern agriculture has higher design requirements for tractor powertrains due to the complicated working environments various To meet driving of under multiple a mechanic-electronic-hydraulic powertrain system (MEH-PS) tractors been designed according characteristics hydro-mechanical composite transmission electromechanical hybrid system. The principle driven modes MEH-PS introduced, speed regulation characteristic curve (HMT) is given, related power element model, efficiency model established. HMT optimal economy ratio control strategy rule-based optimization energy management were developed. Take three typical operations analysis: ploughing, harvesting, transport. results show that engine operating points mainly distributed load area, maintains high efficiency, relative error between simulated tested fuel consumption within 5%, which further proves reliability model. solution also showed lower all compared DLG’s announced PowerShift CVT tractors. Thus, can tractor’s drive complex conditions maintain therefore suitable need operate frequently on road.
