Energy Flow Modelling Method of Energy Efficiency Improvement for Power-Using Electromechanical Products

As a crucial factor in the improvement of energy efficiency for power-using electromechanical products, flow, conversion and distribution are closely related to design variables products. Simultaneously, performance is constraint strongly affected by variables. In order improve product’s without compromising performance, an flow model with basic element (EFE) was built on functional basis its modelling procedure presented this paper. Containing function, variable characteristic EFEs, as well interface parameters between EFEs environment, contributes logically clarifying relationship performance. With refrigerator example, effectiveness verified comparison simulation, based model, experimentation. Furthermore, five critical 265 L were screened model. Test results improved prototype meet requirements operating rate temperature uniformity, daily electricity consumption reduced about 9%. Comparison testing demonstrates that method effective.
