چکیده

Hydraulic systems are widely used in industry due to their small size-to-power ratios and ability produce very large linear force torque. In traditional hydraulic systems, a variable pump driven by an electric motor is often as power source. these the electro-hydraulic source always operates at its rated speed, causing lots of noise low energy consumption, especially no-load light-load conditions. These problems can be solved changing speed according load state order improve efficiency realize pressure flow control on basis cost, this paper presents power-source structure variable-displacement pressure-compensated variable-speed motor; controls adjusting with pump. However, for system, starting relatively slow; makes it difficult meet demand control, will also have great impact grid. To address problems, accumulator introduced inlet port assist This method combined pressure, power, has high efficiency. research uses experiments verify feasibility scheme, results show that periods shortened from 2.8 s 0.7 when about 18 MPa. Furthermore, regarding maintaining without outputs, consumption designed reduced almost 30% compared pure

Robust Controller Design for IG Driven by Variable-Speed in WECS Using μ-Synthesis

This paper presents robust controller design for a wind-driven induction generator system using structured singular value ( -synthesis) method. The controller was designed for a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) and a variable blade pitch angle in a wind energy conversion system (WECS) in order to achieve the required voltage and mechanical power control. The results indicated that this ...

Indirect Adaptive Robust Control of Electro-Hydraulic Systems Driven by Single-Rod Hydraulic Actuator

This paper presents an indirect adaptive robust control (IARC) of electro-hydraulic systems driven by singlerod hydraulic actuators. Unlike the tracking-performanceoriented direct adaptive robust control (DARC) algorithm, in addition to good output tracking performance, the IARC also focuses on accurate parameter estimates for secondary purposes such as machine health monitoring and prognostics...

Design of a Hydraulic Motor System Driven by Compressed Air

This paper presents the design of a highly efficient pneumatic motor system. The air engine is currently the most generally used device to convert potential energy of compressed air into mechanical energy. However, the efficiency of the air engines is too low to provide sufficient operating range for the vehicle. In this study, the energy contained in compressed air/pressurized hydraulic oil is...

Effect of an Electric Motor on the Energy Efficiency of an Electro-Hydraulic Forklift

Mobile working machines can be classified as light mobile machines that operate by battery power and heavy machines that work using a diesel engine. Both of these types include mechanical structures, which are driven by hydraulics. With the rising concern in global scale environmental issues, energy saving in vehicles and mobile machines is an important subject and reduction of fuel consumption...
