Abstract We study an interesting alternative of modified gravity theory, namely, the unimodular f ( R , T ) in which is Ricci scalar and trace stress–energy tensor. viability model by using energy conditions. discuss strong, weak, null dominant conditions terms deceleration, jerk snap parameters. investigate for reconstructed models give some constraints on parametric space model. observe that setting appropriately free parameters, can be satisfied. Furthermore, we stability solutions perturbations framework. In this case, de Sitter power law examine cosmological evolution these perturbations. The results show values input are satisfied, power-law may stable.
