چکیده

Abstract Plants in various republics of the world face many dangers, including diseases that threaten crop productivity. The development and increase novel species infectious pathogens have made plant growth threatened. Fusarium wilt is one fiercest affecting vegetables, which causes a great loss quality quantity pepper plants all over world. In this study, stimulation physiological immune responses using ecofriendly inducers ( Aspergillus alabamensis , oryzae tubingensis ) against had been studied. Endophytic fungi were assayed for their capability to synthesize hydrocyanic acid, phosphate solubilization, siderophores, indole acetic acid synthesis, antifungal potential F. oxysporum was also examined. A notable antifusarial with supreme activity A. found . More ultrastructure by TEM showed sharp changes occurred cell wall, mycelium, conidia as result treatment results demonstrated high severity on seedlings. Infected seedlings reduction vegetative parameters, photosynthesis, entire protein, total carbohydrate. current endophytic through foliar soil application applied -infected under pot conditions. Disease index, growth, photosynthetic pigments, osmolyte content, stress markers, antioxidant isozymes assessed. achieved indicates tested endophytes two modes (foliar soil) lowered PDI produced protection, most protection influence represented (through 83.33%. It concluded use could be commercially used eco-friendly agents defense disease.

Genetic Diversity of Colletotrichum spp. an Endophytic Fungi in a Medicinal Plant, Brazilian Pepper Tree

In this study, we reported thirty-nine endophytic fungi identified as Colletotrichum spp. associated with Brazilian pepper tree or aroeira (Schinus terebinthifolius Raddi. Anacardiaceae) in Paraná state, Brazil. These endophytes were identified by morphological and molecular methods, using PCR taxon-specific with CaInt/ITS4, CgInt/ITS4, and Col1/ITS4 primers, which amplify specific bands in C. ...

Marine endophytic fungi mediated Silver nanoparticles and their application in plant growth promotion in Vigna radiata L.

Seaweeds tend to have the property of acting as a biofertilizer for plants. Endophytes are organisms that are capable of mimicking and producing secondary metabolites similar to the host. In this report, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized from a marine endophytic fungus, Fusarium equiseti which was isolated from marine seaweed and identified using ITS sequencing. The synthes...

Diversity and Plant Growth Promoting Capacity of Endophytic Fungi Associated with Halophytic Plants from the West Coast of Korea.

Five halophytic plant species, Suaeda maritima, Limonium tetragonum, Suaeda australis, Phragmites australis, and Suaeda glauca Bunge, which are native to the Muan salt marsh of South Korea, were examined for fungal endophytes by sequencing the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region containing ITS1, 5.8S rRNA, and ITS2. In total, 160 endophytic fungal strains were isolated and identified from ...

CLASSICAL METHODS AND SPECIFIC PRIMERS IN DETECTION OF ENDOPHYTIC FUNGI IN SOME GRAMINEUOS PLANTS

Mutual relationship between endophytic fungi and some gramineuos plants is one of the recently known host-microbe interactions. Endophytic fungi are classified in class Ascomycetes, order Hypocreales, tribe Balansieae and mostly genus Neotyphodium. They are transferred into the progeny via maternal stock and have many benificial effects to their host plants, such as resistance to pests and dise...
