چکیده

Background and purpose: Polycaprolactone nanocapsules incorporated with triazole derivatives in the presence absence of selenium nanoparticles were prepared evaluated as antiproliferative anticancer agents. using emulsion technique. Experimental approach: The capsules characterized FT-IR, TEM DLS measurements. synthesized triazolopyrimidine derivative encapsulated polycaprolactone was tested for its vitro efficiency towards human breast cancer cell line (MCF7) murine fibroblast normal (BALB/3T3) comparison to doxorubicin a standard drug. Key results: results indicated that encapsulated polycaprolactone (SeNPs) triazole-SeNPs most potent samples against (MCF7). On other hand, all compounds showed weak or moderate activities (BALB/3T3). Conclusion: As safety index (SI) higher than 1.0, it expanded way newly express antiproliferative efficacy tumour cells. Hence, these may be considered promising ones. However, they should examined through further in-vivo pharmacokinetic studies.

Marine Mollusk‐Derived Agents with Antiproliferative Activity as Promising Anticancer Agents to Overcome Chemotherapy Resistance

The chemical investigation of marine mollusks has led to the isolation of a wide variety of bioactive metabolites, which evolved in marine organisms as favorable adaptations to survive in different environments. Most of them are derived from food sources, but they can be also biosynthesized de novo by the mollusks themselves, or produced by symbionts. Consequently, the isolated compounds cannot...
