Enantiomeric characteristics of non-synthetic cannabidiol by two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance

چکیده
Introduction: Cannabidiol (CBD) has become a promising bioactive for the next decades after recent recognition of medical potential Cannabis derivatives by United Nations member countries, as it no psychotropic your isomer ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol (∆9-THC). The differentiation these isomers been studied decades. Recent studies demonstrate that even with more subtle chemical characteristics, such those CBD enantiomers, there are consider-able differences. However, still not many on their structures. Aim: This work aims to present experimental data obtained Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) better elucidate three-dimensional structure this enantiomeric bioactive. Materials and methods: For this, sample non-synthetic high purity was subjected different one-dimensional (1D-NMR) two-dimensional (2D-NMR) analyses related hydrogen (1H) carbon (13C) nuclei. Results discussion: 1D-NMR techniques used sufficient distinguish ∆9-THC isomers, but identify characteristics CBD. Conclusions: It is concluded homonuclear (1H,1H) heteronuclear (1H,13C) analyzed suitable help enantiomers.

in this research, the tacticity and microstructure of polyvinyl chloride (pvc) were studied through back bone methylene and methine carbons and protons splitting by carbon (13c nmr), proton (1h nmr) and two-dimensional (2dnmr) nulear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in deuterated etrahydrofuran.polyvinyl chloride was synthesized by emulsion polymerization of vinyl chloride (vcm) under pressure t...
متن کاملTwo-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
Great spectral simplification can be obtained by spreading the conventional one-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum in two independent frequency dimensions. This so-called two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy removes spectral overlap, facilitates spectral assignment, and provides a wealth of additional information. For example, conformational information related to interproton dis...
متن کاملTwo-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of selected tricyclic antidepressants.
Two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR) spectroscopy has been used to assign 13C spectra of the tricyclic antidepressants imipramine and chlorimipramine . The 2DINADEQUATE method was used to unambiguously assign the aromatic spectral region for the former compound. Errors in previous literature assignments based on 1D methods were corrected. For chlorimipramine the pitfalls of class...

The possibilities for the extension of spectroscopy to two dimensions are discussed. Applications to nuclear magnetic resonance are described. The basic theory of two-dimensional spectroscopy is developed. Numerous possible applications are mentioned and some of them treated in detail, including the elucidation of energy level diagrams, the observation of multiple quantum transitions, and the r...
