Employee Performance Improvement through Affective, Normative, and Continuance Commitment With Intrinsic Motivation Mediation

Performance of ROE (Regional Owned Enterprises) employees in Demak Regency can be seen from the decline performance itself, where is by changes income and profit targets which tend to decrease initial target 4 Regional Enterprises, not all ROEs distribute dividends owners investment ratio generating maximized. The study was conducted purposive sampling on 103 people who work various Demak. research method used Outer Inner Model Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). results showed that there a positive influence affective, normative, continuance commitment intrinsic motivation. Affective, commitments also have effect performance. There motivation Intrinsic positively mediates relationship ongoing parties are expected continue build both sustainable good management so they improve ultimately improves ROE.
