The first goal of this study is to ascertain how work-life balance affects employee engagement. 2) work satisfaction 3) assess the intention leave. 4) happiness depart. 5) engagement A descriptive with a quantitative methodology research style adopted. 140 staff members Lawang Medika Hospital comprise entire population. Slovin method created sample for investigation, which yielded 104 participants. stratified proportional random sampling was used choose size. principle number employees per division in selection method. Primary data source information. Employees at Malang were respondents, and questionnaires distributed as collection technique. findings revealed that: 1) Work-life significantly improved Employee positively impacted by job satisfaction. 3. leave negatively balance. very study's suggest that employers should keep giving time their personal lives. Giving grades encourages timely completion tasks.
