چکیده
The emergence of deadly viruses is one the epitomes major global health threats. Currently world going through COVID-19 pandemic resulting in extreme morbidity and mortality, which caused by severe acute respiratory coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Besides, SARS-CoV-2, recent perturbation chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infection, dengue (DENV), zika (ZIKV) etc. are worth being noted. Although an array research on genome sequences within spatial geographical locations, infectious components, viral transmissibility dynamics, treatment strategies using silico model, animal/cell culture, patient trials these emerging conducted, human population still at risk exposed to re-emerging infections posing a most dreadful threat public health. Besides genomic characterization proteomic studies for drug repurposing or repositioning as well possible candidate vaccine development, general awareness among mass about preventive care against also important concern. Lots works have been reported SARS-CoV-2 since its commencement December 2019. elucidation viruses, present review briefly pointed from Flaviviridae family, Paramyxoviridae Filoviridae family Bunyaviridae family.

Genome-wide computational prediction of miRNAs in severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) revealed target genes involved in pulmonary vasculature and antiviral innate immunity
The current outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)in China threatened humankind worldwide. The coronaviruses contains the largest RNA genome among all other known RNA viruses, therefore the disease etiology can be understood by analyzing the genome sequence of SARS-CoV-2. In this study, we used an ab-intio based computational tool VMir to scan the complete geno...

In November 2002, an outbreak of a life-threatening ‘atypical pneumonia’ for which no etiological agent could be identified occurred in Guangdong Province, China. In March 2003, a similar outbreak was reported in Hong Kong [1]. Cases of similar respiratory illness were subsequently reported globally including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and USA. This syndrome is a new clinical ent...
متن کاملInactivation of the coronavirus that induces severe acute respiratory syndrome, SARS-CoV.
Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a life-threatening disease caused by a novel coronavirus termed SARS-CoV. Due to the severity of this disease, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that manipulation of active viral cultures of SARS-CoV be performed in containment laboratories at biosafety level 3 (BSL3). The virus was inactivated by ultraviolet light (UV) at 254 nm, heat tr...
متن کاملSevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) infection inhibition using spike protein heptad repeat-derived peptides.
The coronavirus SARS-CoV is the primary cause of the life-threatening severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). With the aim of developing therapeutic agents, we have tested peptides derived from the membrane-proximal (HR2) and membrane-distal (HR1) heptad repeat region of the spike protein as inhibitors of SARS-CoV infection of Vero cells. It appeared that HR2 peptides, but not HR1 peptides, w...
