Objectives: The aim this study was to evaluate embryotoxicity yangambin on neurodevelopment Gallus gallus domesticus embryos. Materials Methods: 120 fertilized eggs were divided three groups: G1 (PBS with 0.1 % Tween 80), G2 (50 μg/ml yangambin) G3 (65 each egg inoculated 100 μL respective solutions. incubated at temperature 37.5°C, relative humidity 65% 75%, for 48 hr then their embryos histologically processed. Results: In staging, carried out according Hamburger Hamilton (1951), variations stages identified. all groups, morphological analysis revealed closure anterior neuropore absence malformations optic vesicles secondary encephalic vesicles. caudal region, standard development neural tube observed, well-segmented somites regression primitive line. cross sections showed that internal structure somite’s, composed dermatome, myotome sclerotome, preserved. statistical did not show significant differences between groups regarding morphometry cephalic regions tube.
