چکیده

This work presents a voltage mode scheme of full-wave precision rectifier circuit using an analog building block differential current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DVCCTA) including five NMOS transistors. The proposed design is essentially suited for low and high-frequency input signals. operation the depends upon region output waveform presented can be made electronically tunable by controlling bias voltage. functional correctness verification are performed 0.25-µm TSMC technology under supply ±1.5 V. absence resistor leads to minimal parasitic effect. To obtain further insight on robustness circuit, Monte Carlo simulation corner analysis also presented. verified experimentally incorporating breadboard model with help commercially available ICs CA3080 (operational amplifier) AD844AN (current feedback operational offers remarkable compliance both theoretical outcomes. has been laid out Cadence virtuoso, which consumes chip area 9044 µm2.

Precision Full-Wave Rectifier Using Two DDCCs

A new precision full-wave rectifier employing only two differential difference current conveyors, which is very suitable for CMOS technology implementation, is presented. The proposed rectifier is the voltage-mode circuit, which offers high-input and low-output impedance hence it can be directly connected to load without using any buffer circuits. PSPICE is used to verify the circuit performanc...

A New Precision Peak Detector/Full-Wave Rectifier

A new precision peak detector/full-wave rectifier of input sinusoidal signals, based on usage of dual-output current conveyors, is presented in this paper. The circuit gives a DC output voltage that is the peak input voltage over a wide frequency range, with a very low ripple voltage and low harmonic distortion. The proposed circuits use an all-pass filter as a 90 ̊ phase shifter of the processe...

Current-Mode Dual-Phase Precision Full-Wave Rectifier Using Current-Mode Two-Cell Winner-Takes-All (WTA) Circuit

In addition to the recently proposed full-wave rectifier by Prommee et al. [25] using voltage-mode (VM) two-cell winner-takes-all (WTA) circuit, we present currentmode (CM) precision full-wave rectifier using CM two-cell WTA circuit. The popular Lazzaro’s CM WTA circuit has been employed for the purpose and there is no requirement of inverting the input signal as in [25]. Also, dual complimenta...
