چکیده
We develop the theory of hydrodynamics an isotropic Fermi liquid electrons coupled to acoustic phonons, assuming that umklapp processes may be neglected. At low temperatures, fluid is approximately Galilean invariant; at high nearly relativistic; intermediate there are seven additional temperature regimes with unconventional thermodynamic properties and hydrodynamic transport coefficients in a three-dimensional system. predict qualitative signatures electron-phonon fluids incoherent coefficients, shear Hall viscosity, plasmon dispersion relations. Our relevant for numerous quantum materials where strong scattering has been proposed underlie regime, including $\mathrm{WTe}_2$, $\mathrm{WP}_2$, $\mathrm{PtSn}_4$.

A NUMERICAL RENORMALIZATION GROUP APPROACH FOR AN ELECTRON-PHONON INTERACTION
A finite chain calculation in terms of Hubbard X-operators is explored by setting up a vibronic Harniltonian. The model conveniently transformed into a form so that in the case of strong coupling a numerical renormalization group approach is applicable. To test the technique, a one particle Green function is calculated for the model Harniltonian

The dependence of the strength of the electron-phonon coupling and the electron heat capacity on the electron temperature is investigated for eight representative metals, Al, Cu, Ag, Au, Ni, Pt, W, and Ti, for the conditions of strong electron-phonon nonequilibrium. These conditions are characteristic of metal targets subjected to energetic ion bombardment or short-pulse laser irradiation. Comp...
