چکیده
Recently, there has been an evolution toward a science-supported medicine, which uses replicable results from comprehensive studies to assist clinical decision-making. Reliable techniques are required improve the consistency and replicability of assessing effectiveness guidelines, mostly in muscular therapeutic healthcare. In scientific research, surface electromyography (sEMG) is prevalent but underutilized as valuable tool for physical medicine rehabilitation. Other electrophysiological signals (e.g., electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG), needle EMG) regularly monitored by medical specialists; nevertheless, sEMG technique not yet effectively implemented practical settings. However, considerable promise evaluating muscle condition operation; precise data extraction requires definition procedures tracking interpreting understanding fundamental biophysics. This review centered around application rehabilitation health monitoring systems, their technical specifications, including wearability. At first, this study examines methods systems tele-rehabilitation applications (i.e., neuromuscular, post-stroke, sports) based on detecting EMG signals. Then, fundamentals signal processing architectures commonly used acquire elaborate discussed. Afterward, updated survey wearable devices detection, both reported literature market, provided, mainly applied training physiological tracking. Discussions comparisons about examined solutions presented emphasize how professionals can reap aid neurobiological detection identify perspectives field. These analyses contribute identifying key requirements next generation or portable employed healthcare

The early pathophysiologic study showed increasing evidence that autoimmunity is implicated in the pathogenesis of neuromyotonia. Antibodies to voltage gated potassium channel were detected in the serum of patients who had peripherical nerves hyperexcitability and also Morvan’s disease or limbic encephalitis. These discoveries offered new approaches to treatments. Recently, antibodies previousl...

متن کاملQuantitative Surface Electromyography: Applications in Neuromotor Rehabilitation
Surface electromyography holds great potential in helping patients recover from injuries that result in motor impairments. To be able to assist the patient, the clinician must consider research obtained from the study of implicit/ explicit learning, contextual interference, and basic learning theory. Quantitative surface electromyography (QSEMG) is a technique that is constructed around this ba...
