Bioelectricity is an indispensable part of organisms and plays a vital role in cell modulation tissue/organ development. The development convenient bio-safe electrical stimulation equipment to simulate endogenous bioelectricity for function great significance its clinical transformation. In this review, we introduce the advantages electromechanical nanogenerator (EMNG) as source biomedical field systematically overview recent advances EMNGs modulation, mainly including adhesion, migration, proliferation differentiation. Finally, emphasize self-powered biomimetic electrostimulation discuss challenges future prospects both basic research translation.
