Electrochemical determination of tramadol using modified screen printed electrode

چکیده

The detection of tramadol using a screen printed electrode modified with La3+/ZnO nano-flowers and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (La3+/ZnO NFs-MWCNTs/SPE) is reported in this work. In order to examine electrochemical oxidation, the was implemented utilization differential pulse voltammetry, chronoamperometry cyclic voltammetry as diagnostic techniques. proposed displays favorable electrocatalytic behavior concerning oxidation an approximately 330 mV potential shift lesser positive potential. 0.5 800.0 μM range for tramadol, linear dynamic activity. Tramadol limit 0.08 derived within optimized testing conditions simple construction sensor. Lastly, fabricated sensor utilized desirable results determine samples urine samples.
