This article seeks to develop a framework model for business intelligence system mapping West Java's exports of creative crafts. The fundamental issue is that the craft industry's are underperforming due lack responsiveness in capturing export opportunities. In addition, industry evaluate on global market emphasizes importance this research. body literature employs research methods data gathering and consolidation, determining information needs, developing intelligence. study investigates primary regarding handicrafts from Java, including exporter data, commodity (HS code), trade transactions, destination country overall value volume. proposed industries stages (BI) deployment.
