Efficient Use of Limited Resources in Health Institutions: Enterprise Resource Planning

چکیده
Bu çalışmada sağlık kuruluşlarındaki kurumsal kaynak planlama süreci (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP) değerlendirilmiştir. ERP, bir kurumda yer alan birimler arasındaki koordinasyonu sağlayan ve bu modül tabanlı uygulayan yazılım paketidir. Başarılı olunması için üst yönetimin desteği proje ekibinin benimsemesi kaçınılmazdır. Sağlık ERP uygulamaları ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalarda, sistemin hizmetleri büyük önem arz ettiği, sistem birlikte bilgilerin zamanında daha erişilebilir hale geldiği, kuruma teknolojik anlamda güç kattığı, çalışanların performansını etkileyebildiği, hastaların kabulü süreçlerin iyi şekilde organize edildiği sınırlı olan kaynakların verimli kullanılabildiği gözlemlenmiştir. Türkiye'de kamu kuruluşlarında kullanılmadığı, sadece birkaç özel kuruluşunda kullanıldığı görülmüştür.
