Efficient Security Model for RDF Files Used in IoT Applications

The openness environment of IoT ecosystem arises several security and privacy issues. However, the huge amount data produced by devices restricts using traditional methods. Another challenge for system is interoperability between heterogeneous devices. Semantic Web has risen as a promising technology that provides semantic annotations allowing web uses RDF triples to allow exchange applications. Hence, files used in systems require specific mechanism regards large size well rapidly updates. proposed work introduces novel with fine grained partial encryption. method allows applying sensitive parts without affecting public parts. Encryption metadata stored container related each individual triple. Thus accessing file not affected encryption overheads. A motivation scenario smart city evaluate method. Experimental results showed methodology enhances access time from 10.4 msec 6.2 msec.
