چکیده
The effect of microstructure on the efficiency shielding or shunting magnetic flux by permalloy shields was investigated in present work. For this purpose, FeNi coatings with different grain structures were obtained using stationary and pulsed electrodeposition. coatings’ composition, crystal structure, surface microstructure, domain studied. It has been shown that 0.2–0.6 µm grains have a disordered structure. Consequently, higher value achieved, but working range too limited. reason for is probably hindered movement boundaries. Samples nanosized an ordered two-domain structure permissible partial transition to superparamagnetic state regions size less than 100 nm. small domain, coexistence ferromagnetic regions, although they reduce maximum efficiency, significantly expand nanostructured coatings. As result, dependence between magnetostatic found.

Efficiency Enhancement of Si Solar Cells by Using Nanostructured Single and Double Layer Anti-Reflective Coatings
The effect of single and double-layer anti-reflective coatings on efficiency enhancement of silicon solar cells was investigated. The reflectance of different anti-reflection structures were calculated using the transfer matrix method and then to predict the performance of solar cells coated by these structures, the weighted average reflectance curves were used as an input of a PC1D simulation....

A cermet (ceramic metal composite) of Nickel and Yttria stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) is the most commonly used fuel electrode for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC). The properties of such cermets depend strongly on their microstructure. Several Ni/YSZ cermet samples with different Ni content and Ni and 8YSZ grain size have been prepared. The thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) of these samples was mea...

متن کاملEnvironmentally friendly hybrid coatings for corrosion protection: silane based pre-treatments and nanostructured waterborne coatings
This thesis considers a nanotechnology approach based on the production of metals pre-treatments and organic coatings (a complete protection system at all) designed from the nanoscale. The final aim is to develop protection systems with improved corrosion protection properties and a low environmental impact. In particular, multifunctional silane hybrid molecules were used to design sol-gel pre-...
