چکیده
In vitro bio-efficacy of the novel copper (NC101 and NCP102) phosphonate (PN103 PMN104) based fungicides against various soil borne grape vine pathogens was evaluated at ICAR-National Research Centre for Grapes, Pune, Maharashtra, India during February - April 2021. The were screened five bacterial viz. Xanthomonas campestris pv. citri, X. campestris, punicae, viticola oryzae 10 fungal Rhizoctonia bataticola, Sclerotium rolfsii, Cladosporium sp, Alternaria alternata, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Penicillium notatum, Magnaporthe oryzae, Fusarium oxysporium, Macrophomina phaseolina (Soyabean isolate) (Jute different concentrations. Results indicated that among all tested NC101, NCP102, PN103 PMN104, highly effective isolates with zone inhibition ranging between 8.75 31.12 mm in which found to express least zone. case pathogenic isolates, similar trend observed, most showed cent percent higher concentration PMN104. However rolfsii or no when concentrations fungicides. chemicals exhibited wide range it increase steadily test

Evaluation of Methyl Bromide Alternatives Efficacy against Soil-Borne Pathogens, Nematodes and Soil Microbial Community
Methyl bromide (MB) and other alternatives were evaluated for suppression of Fusarium spp., Phytophthora spp., and Meloidogyne spp. and their influence on soil microbial communities. Both Fusarium spp. and Phytophthora spp. were significantly reduced by the MB (30.74 mg kg-1), methyl iodide (MI: 45.58 mg kg-1), metham sodium (MS: 53.92 mg kg-1) treatments. MS exhibited comparable effectiveness ...

Combining effects of soil solarization and grafting on soilborne pathogens, plant height and yield in cucumber were compared in a greenhouse of Bati Akdeniz Agricultural Research Institute located in Antalya in 2008 fall season. The experiment was set in split plot design containing; 1, 2, 4 and 5 months soil solarization (MSS), and non-solarized control plots (NSC) on which grafted Maximus F1+...

The effect of different compost-soil ratios on the incidence of Pythium aphanidermatum causing tomato damping off was tested in a greenhouse experiment. The inoculum density of 5% was determined to be suitable for inoculation in compost experiments based on investigations of disease incidence with 5, 10 and 20% inoculum densities. To evaluate the effect of compost on incidence of tomato damping...
متن کاملIn vitro screening of fungicides and tannins against fungal pathogens of jujube fruits
Introduction Jujube (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) tree is subjected to attack by different fungal pathogens causing various diseases. In India, powdery mildew (Oidium sp.) causes defoliation and fruit-drop. Sooty mold (Cladosporium zizyphi) causes leaves to fall. Leaf spot results from infection by Cercospora spp. and Isariopsis indica var. zizyphi. Leaf rust, caused by Phakopsora zizyphi-vulgaris...
