Purpose To determine the effectiveness of Aurai water propelled, heating Eye Massager (AEM) in managing dry eye disease and its effects on ocular adnexa. Methods This prospective, randomised cross-over study enrolled 15 participants (aged 25.8 ± 5.45 years, 5 male).
