Effects of TCP and creep cavity on creep life in the rafting regime for Ru-containing Nickel-based single crystal superalloys

Ru is crucial in improving creep properties Nickel-based single-crystal superalloys. The effect of content on the behavior nickel-based superalloy was studied. exhibits unprecedented mechanical properties, increasing life at 1120 °C but decreasing it 1180 °C. This due to competition stress concentration formed between topologically close-packed phases and cavity. They are both related dissociation γ′ phase. oxidation caused by addition lower than these two factors. work helps recognize comprehensive can provide guidance for alloy design future.
