چکیده
Aim: This study aimed to explore the effects of a training program during pre-season on aerobic and anaerobic performance, hemodynamics, autonomic variables, sleep quality in youth soccer players. Methods: Nineteen athletes, with an average age 17 ± 1 years, participated study. The multicomponent protocol was divided into technical, tactical, physical practice for four weeks. cardiac modulation obtained through electrocardiogram blood pressure values were measured by sphygmomanometer. athletes answered Pittsburgh questionnaire that assessed patterns issues. VO2max analyzed using Intermittent Recovery Test Yo-Yo level 1. RAST test used assess power. Results: There improvement Heart Rate Variability (HRV) indicated increase indexes, mean square root differences between normal cycles (RMSSD), low frequency (LF) (p = 0.04; d 0.70), high decrease (HF) 0.01; 1.02) LF / HF sympathovagal index 0.03; variables related faster recovery. An components duration 0.03) 0.02) baseline post-intervention also observed. Conclusion: four-week contributed improving VO2max, fatigue rates, sleep, maximum Additionally, we observe had physiological hemodynamic adaptations resulted after weeks training.

Cardiac autonomic adaptations in elite Spanish soccer players during preseason.
PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in autonomic control of heart rate (HR) and fitness in a group of elite soccer players during the preseason. METHODS Eight professional male soccer players competing in the Spanish First Division were evaluated in July (wk 1) and September (wk 8) with night-time HR variability (HRV) over 4 different days, ultra-short-term HR recovery (...
متن کاملPhysiological adaptations to soccer specific endurance training in professional youth soccer players.
BACKGROUND Improved oxygen uptake improves soccer performance as regards distance covered, involvements with the ball, and number of sprints. Large improvements in oxygen uptake have been shown using interval running. A similar physiological load arising from interval running could be obtained using the soccer ball in training. OBJECTIVES The main aim was to study physiological adaptations to...
متن کاملEffects of plyometric training on soccer players
Plyometric training (PT) is a technique used to increase strength and explosiveness. It consists of physical exercises in which muscles exert maximum force at short intervals to increase dynamic performances. In such a training, muscles undergo a rapid elongation followed by an immediate shortening (stretch-shortening contraction), utilizing the elastic energy stored during the stretching phase...
متن کاملThe Effect of Game Strategies on the Physiological, Physical, and Technical Loads of Soccer Players
Background. The study aims to determine position-specific loads by different tactical strategies. Eighty Turkish Super League U21 players (19.35 ± 1.6 years, 179.4 ± 2.3 cm, 75.6 ± 4.1 kg; M ± SD) were involved in this study. Objectives. The players completed eight different 11v11 training games. While one team practiced the ball possession and “defense as a team” strategy, the other team impl...
