Effects of Scapular Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Technique on Scapular Dyskinesis

Background: Scapular dyskinesis is termed as improper control of resting position and movement pattern the scapula having connections with shoulder pain. PNF techniques are methods hastening response a neuromuscular mechanism through stimulation proprioceptors. Objective: To find out effect scapular proprioceptive facilitation in treatment dyskinesis. Methodology: A randomized clinical trial was conducted comprising 26 patients recruited from District Headquarter Hospital Aziz Fatimah Hospital, Faisalabad. Patients were randomly allotted into 2 groups. Group received B conventional group. assessed lateral slide test. Visual Analogue Scale Shoulder pain Disability Index used outcome measures.
