چکیده

This study was performed to investigate the fermentation efficiency of Lactobacillus acidophilus and compare effects dietary soybean meal (SM) or L. acidophilus-fermented SM (LASM) on turbot. Two hundred seventy juvenile turbots ( 13.50 ± 0.13 g ) were randomly divided into three treatments fed with a fishmeal-based diet (CNT) two experimental diets 45% fishmeal protein replaced by LASM for 8 weeks. The results showed that significantly improved essential amino acid profile, increased lactic content, reduced antinutritional factor level in SM. Inferior growth fish observed group after feeding trial, while exhibited comparable performance CNT group. Activities intestinal digestive enzymes (trypsin diastase) immune-related (alkaline phosphatase, lysozyme) decreased group, no significant reduction found compared Dietary alleviated SM-induced pathological disruption higher villus normal lamina propria width. positively regulated microbiota, making overall profile more coherent Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed altered microbiota closely linked enzyme activities. Collectively, this indicated nutritional quality relieved adverse turbot, terms growth, activities, morphology, microbiota.

Postprandial nutrient-sensing and metabolic responses after partial dietary fishmeal replacement by soyabean meal in turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.).

In this study, we chose a carnivorous fish, turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.), to examine its nutrient-sensing and metabolic responses after ingestion of diets with fishmeal (FM), or 45% of FM replaced by soyabean meal (34·6% dry diet) balanced with or without essential amino acids (EAA) to match the amino acid profile of FM diet for 30 d. After a 1-month feeding trial, fish growth, feed efficie...

Effects of Replacing Soybean Meal with Fermented Rapeseed Meal on Performance, Serum Biochemical Variables and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers

This trial was performed to study the effects of replacing soybean meal (SBM) with fermented rapeseed meal (RSM) on growth performance, serum biochemistry variable and intestinal morphology of broilers. A total of 640 d-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly allocated to 4 dietary treatments, 4 pens per treatment and 40 birds per pen for a 6-wk feeding trial. In the four treatment groups,...

Distribution Th e turbot, Scophthalmus maximus, also called Psetta maxima (Scophthalmidae, Pleuronectiformes), is naturally distributed in European waters, from Northeast Atlantic to the Arctic Circle (30o to 70oN; 23oW42oE). It occurs in the Baltic and in the Mediterranean, as well as in the Black Sea, where a subspecies Psetta maxima maeotica has been described (1). It also exists in the Sout...

Effects of soybean meal fermented by L. plantarum, B. subtilis and S. cerevisieae on growth, immune function and intestinal morphology in weaned piglets

BACKGROUND The present study compared the effects of soybean meal fermented by three different probiotics organisms with non-fermented soybean meal on growth performance, serum parameters, immune chemistry and intestinal morphology in weaned piglets. METHODS One hundred and forty-four 35-day old crossbred (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) piglets were randomly allocated into four different dieta...
