چکیده

Background: Particulate matter 10 (PM10; airborne particles <10 ?m) inhalation has been demonstrated to induce airway and lung diseases. In this study, we investigate the effects of PM10 on RNA expression in tissues using a murine model. Methods: Female BALB/c mice were affected with PM10, ovalbumin (OVA), or both OVA PM10. was administered intranasally while intraperitoneally injected administered. Treatments occurred 4 times over 2-week period. Two days after final challenges, sacrificed. Full sequencing homogenates conducted. Results: While did not cell proliferation bronchoalveolar fluid lead hyper-responsiveness, it cause inflammation fibrosis. Levels interleukin 1?, tumor necrosis factor-?, transforming growth factor-? significantly elevated PM10-treated group, compared control group. The group also showed increased Rn45a , Snord22 Atp6v0c-ps2 Snora28 Snord15b Snora70 Mmp12 . Generally, genes associated splicing, DNA repair, inflammatory response, immune death, apoptotic processes highly expressed OVA/PM10 treatment produce greater than alone. However, OVA/PM10-treated show Clca1, Snord22, Retnla, Prg2, Tff2, Atp6v0c-ps2, Fcgbp when groups. These are response. Conclusion: Inhalation extensively altered inducing cellular inflammation, fibrosis, cytokines mouse model.

BACKGROUND Exposure to Air pollution PM10 results in lung inflammation increased risk of lung cancer. Regular aerobic exercise improves the inflammatory status in different lung diseases. However, the effects of long-term aerobic exercise on the pulmonary response to PM10 have not been investigated. OBJECTIVES The present study evaluated the effect of aerobic exercise on the lung inflammatory...
