EFFECTS OF INTERMITTENT SOCCER TRAINING ON PHYSICAL ENDURANCE IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

ABSTRACT Introduction: The development of modern science and technology has led young people to a continuous decline in physical activity, negatively impacting the quality cardiopulmonary endurance college students. It is believed that emerging need strengthen training can be met through sports. Progressive soccer practice interest due its recreational sporting effects. Objective: Study effect intermittent on female Methods: 12 classes women participated lasting two hours, twice week, according organization optional school course. During experiment, mode was selected combination walking running adopted for impact analysis. Results: research showed first 6 weeks, changing trend students not different from before but there slight optimization phenomenon. After significantly improved. Conclusion: Intermittent improve their cardiorespiratory enhance sports performance. an important tool optimizing students’ functions healthy growth. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
