Effects of Hydrosalpinx on Endometrial Receptivity and Uterine Microbiome: An Interesting Case of Double Uterus with Unilateral Hydrosalpinx

Endometrial receptivity array (ERA)—an objective tool used in assisted reproductive technology—is for personalized embryo transfer vitro fertilization. Hydrosalpinx affects implantation through various mechanisms. However, its effects on ERA are not well established. In this case report, we present the diagnosis and treatment of a 34-year-old nulligravida woman with infertility two years, obesity, double uterus unilateral hydrosalpinx right kidney deficiency. Based results, endometrial microbiome metagenomic analysis (EMMA), infectious chronic endometritis (ALICE), CD138 immunostaining, patient was treated hormonal replacement cycle amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. After one week acid administration, vitirified-warmed 4AA blastocyst transferred to left uterus—which absent easily accessible pregnancy achieved. To best our knowledge, study is first which found that there were no differences between ERA, EMMA, ALICE, immunostainings. Hence, suggest does necessarily cause changes all cases. Further research evaluate EMMA/ALICE warranted.
