ABSTRACT In this study, immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescent-based quantitative PCR were used to evaluate the expression of heat shock protein (HSP) 60, HSP70, HSP90 in small intestine Wenchang chicks. Compared with control group (CK), positive HSP60 mRNA stress (HS) initially higher subsequently lower duodenum (p<0.01). HS jejunum, levels (p<0.01) was (p<0.05).
